Roland TR-1000 Rhythm Creator | Rebirth of Spring (TR-1000 / T-8 / TB-03 Jam)
This is my submission for the weekly jam for the Hardware Jams group. This weekend, we were able to choose either an ode to Spring (more free-form and left to interpretation) or since Spring is a time of rebirth, we could make a jam in honor of the plugin that was ReBirth. It utilized the 808,909, and 303 as instruments. I decided to try to tackle both! I made an ode to Spring jam that is light and airy, while using strictly 808 and 909 instruments on the @rolandglobal TR-1000 for all percussion. I used a Roland T-8 and a TB-03 for layered acid bassline! I used the Arturia Polybrute 12 for the pads to give that spring joy and hope! Enjoy!! -
Roland TR-1000 Rhythm Creator | Unit: E - Mbali Mbrace
This is a quick jam of the song I'm working on, Mbali Mbrace. Testing out the fx and recording levels. All percussion in this song was sequenced on the @rolandglobal TR-1000. The vocal samples were imported, chopped, transposed, and layered in with the percussion, all within the 1000. The pads and keys were recorded live from the SH-4D, and in through the Ext In of the 1000. All FX are from within the TR-1000.
